Vive La Dugong is an animated story of Didier the Dugong. Didier introduces us to many facets of his underwater world, from the grandiose to the mundane. Yet underwater life is not all sunshine and lollipops for Didier, as he is eager to point out.

Check out the original story board for Vive La Dugong by clicking on one of the thumbnails below. Truly, red ball-point pen on refill is the modern equivalent of finely chiseled Italian marble. The grease marks on the pages help underscore the futility of Didier's existence. Honest. You may have guessed that we have no idea how to draw Dugongs, and you'd be right. I'm not sure if it looks better on the paper or in the movie - you decide for yourself. Note the first appearance of the 'Bus of the Undead'.
